I am moving... now what?
Moving out of state

We realize that almost every customer and situation may not be the same. As a result, we are here to assist you throughout your move. Please contact our office so we can discuss your current agreement and the possibility of having your system switched over to the new homeowners’ name.

Moving in state and would like to continue service

If you are moving to a location that is within our service area, please call one of our Sales Representatives to assist you in your transition. We will be there with you throughout your move to help make it as easy and seamless as possible.

What should I do if I have a False Alarm?

If you have a false alarm, please call your Central Station number immediately to cancel dispatch. If you do not know the number, please contact our office and we will provide the number to you.

In June 2014, Georgia became a two-call verification state. Therefore, our Central Station will call the first 2 numbers you provided to us on your contact list so they can verify whether it is, in fact, a false alarm. If they do not receive an answer from the calls, the police will be dispatched to your business or residence.

How much is a service call?

I-GOLD customers receive FREE service calls and product maintenance.

Monitored customers are charged $87.50 per hour. Additional charges for parts and labor may occur.

Non-monitored customers are charged $142.50 per hour plus additional charges for parts and trip fees.

How do I schedule a Service Call?

Do I need a Service Call?

If you are asking this question the answer is probably….yes! If you are having any problems with your service, security system, smoke detectors or video cameras schedule an appointment today!

What is interactive service?

Our interactive service provides 24/7 information about your home’s status available to you wherever you go. You can have complete control of your lights, locks, garage doors and appliances as well as your security system. Additionally, it will even control your thermostat to help your wallet keep up with this unpredictable Georgia weather. Call one of our Sales Representatives for more information.

Do I need to upgrade my system?

As you know, technology is changing constantly. As members of the Electronic Security Association, we are constantly training and keeping up with the technology. If you have not had your system upgraded within the past 5-10 years, there is a good chance you will need your system upgraded to give you the most reliable service available, which is what you deserve.
